Paul

Bondar

I am a husband, father, successful businessman, and proud Texan; raised on faith, family, and the belief that service comes before self.
My experience in business taught me accountability, problem-solving, and the value of hard work.
Combined with a family legacy of service, those principles shape who I am and why I believe leadership should be grounded in responsibility; not politics.

What I stand for

This statement reflects who I am, what I believe, and the principles that guide my life, my work, and my decision to serve. These beliefs were shaped by faith, family, service, and a deep love for this country.
They are not political talking points. They are convictions I live by—and the foundation of the leadership I bring to the fight for Texas Congressional District 32.

I am

I believe in God the Father, Almighty—maker of Heaven and Earth.
I believe in family. I believe strong families are the foundation of a strong nation; that mothers and fathers matter, and children deserve stability, guidance, and values rooted in faith, responsibility, and love. When families thrive, communities thrive —and when families fail, the nation weakens.
I believe in country. I believe President Donald J. Trump is the greatest president of our lifetime, and I proudly support his America First, common-sense policies. I believe in putting American citizens first, securing our borders, defending our sovereignty, protecting free speech, and rejecting globalist policies that weaken our nation.
I believe in the Second Amendment. I believe that without the Second Amendment, we will not have the First Amendment.
I believe there is a fine line between freedom, self-governance, and economic slavery—and that line is defined and protected by our Constitution.
I believe freedom is never free, and that we are always just one generation away from losing it.
Freedom has been defended by men and women who sacrificed everything to form a more perfect union —believing that all men are created equal; that we are endowed our rights from our Creator, not government. Governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed.
For that reason, we must love our country, but remain wary of our government.
I believe in hard work, personal responsibility, and agriculture. American farmers and ranchers should feed America.
I believe much of our current foods are filled with poisons, and that institutions designed to serve Americans are no longer of the people, by the people, or for the people, but instead often act against the people.
I believe no man has the right to decide another's life, except in self-defense.
I believe in a balanced budget. As debt takes root, it is a plant of rapid growth if left unchecked.
If you still believe in this country, then let me walk with you.

I'm a Republican who stands firm in the belief that our nation's strength lies in its people. My values are deeply rooted in the principles of hard work, integrity, and respect for individual freedoms.
I am committed to fostering an environment where these values flourish and where every citizen can achieve the American dream.

Rooted in real life

I grew up in a family that believed in hard work, personal responsibility, and earning what you have. My journey was shaped by everyday struggles, honest work, and the values shared by middle-class families across Texas.
These moments are a reminder of where I come from; and why I will always fight for people who work hard and play by the rules.

From the Field to Leadership

In 1998, I earned a Division 1 football scholarship along with my high school quarterback and lifelong friend, Tony Romo, who went on to play 13 years for the Dallas Cowboys, a friendship I cherish to this day.
Collegiate and semi-pro football taught me critical lessons in life: overcoming obstacles, facing challenges, and being refined by fire. It taught me how to raise up the level of play of each team member—to unite for a common goal: winning.

Education & Achievements

Master of Public Administration (MPA)

Master's Degree, selected as Student of the Year in 2001.

Political Science, Sociology & Spanish

Bachelor's Degree completed in 3 years with honors while playing Division 1 football.
A college education is only one tool in the toolbox that has helped me succeed. We as a country must maintain common sense, and the practical knowledge of ranching, farming, and trades—essential to instill in our younger generations.

Family first

Family is at the center of everything I do. I cherish the time spent fishing with Kali and Brooks, and nothing makes me prouder than watching my daughter excel in her equestrian pursuits.
These moments reinforce my commitment to preserving and enhancing the quality of life for all families in our community. I'm running for Congress to ensure that our children and future generations inherit a country full of opportunities.
